Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq sends his hearty congratulations to Prof Lateef Folorunsho Oladimeji on his emergence as the sixth Vice Chancellor of Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Kwara State.
On Wednesday, the Governing Council of the University approved the appointment of Prof Oladimeji as its sixth substantive Vice-Chancellor. He had previously served as the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and held various administrative positions within the University, including as Deputy Vice Chancellor
Governor AbdulRazaq says Prof. Oladimeji is a distinguished academic and administrator with excellent human relations.
He calls the appointment a beautiful fruit of hard work, commitment, consistency, integrity, and shared vision with the founder of the University, Chief Abdulraheem Oladimeji, OFR.
Prof Oladimeji’s outstanding achievements in academics and leadership give him an edge to take the school to a new height of academic excellence and ethical standards, the Governor says.
