Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq heartily congratulates the State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) on the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting and elections that produced a new set of executives led by Mr. Ogunade Gabriel.
The Governor calls the NIPR a vital ally in advancing the government’s development objectives.
He notes that the AGM’s theme, which focused on the socio-economic outlook of Kwara as a rising force in the comity of states, reflects the profession’s commitment to shaping public discourse and driving progress.
“Public relations is no longer just about perception. It is about partnerships for development. Kwara NIPR has proven this by aligning its agenda with our administration’s goals for inclusive growth, infrastructure, and human capital development,” the Governor says in a statement on Friday.
He wishes Mr. Ogunade Gabriel and the new executive council a remarkable tenure marked by innovation, integrity, and stronger collaboration with government, the media, and the people of Kwara State.
The Governor expresses confidence that the new leadership will deepen ethical standards and position Kwara as a model for strategic communication nationwide.
